Bogmalo :
Guarded by green hills and covered with golden sand this beach is one of the most attractive places to be. With just a few shacks and shops and one big resort, this place is safe for a dip or swim, the colour of its waters, pulls forth the interest to picnic a day long at this spot.
Majorda :
The beach and its large village and the Majorda Beach resort are the most attractive features of this place.
Colva :
The hot summer sun and sea cure well, that’s what Colva is about, the Queen of all the beaches in the south. The sea cure is one of the oldest treatments taken for arthritis, joint pains etc. One can see a huge crowd both national and international gathering there to soak up in sun.
Benaulim :
This place is famous for its sloping sand, shops and definitely the soothing breeze.
Mobor :
Mobor beach where the river Sal empties into the Arabian Sea. The best attraction here is the Leela beach Resort, known for its hospitality. At the end of the sand bank, one can see the magnificent Betul hillock.
Cavelossim / Varca :
Interested in football, heard of Churchill brothers, Varca is the place where this team was born. Varca is one of the beaches, that share the pleasure to be the longest stretch of beach found in the south.
Palolem :
Definitely one of the best beaches in GOA. Also called the paradise beach. Quite sea and white sand is all it treasures, just like an angle of peace to satisfy your soul. Enjoy your privacy with nothing to disturb you except the breeze and beauty of the palmed alleys.
